Your goal is my goal. How we plan to achieve that goal is my role. How you reach it is a partnership. I am passionate about teaching my clients how to exercise optimally, safely, correctly and efficiently using techniques specifically chosen to achieve maximum results.

Free Initial Consultation.

All journeys start with a plan. Your first session includes a health and fitness questionnaire, goal setting, measurements and skinfold test, physical activity, flexibility and mobility test.

Small Group PT

Max. 3 person (1 hour)

A great option for those who want to train together for accountability, competitiveness, fun, validation, a shared goal, or simply as an affordable option.

This is not a group exercise class. This is a semi private PT session where each client’s goals are considered, regardless of differing fitness levels.

The total cost is an hourly rate, an increase on 1:1 PT due to the amount of extra work to ensure all clients experience a tailored programme in every session.
